It started with a frustration, not a pitch deck.

For over a decade, our team worked with orthodontic and dental practices as their marketing partner — running their SEO, their Google Ads, their branding, their websites. We got very good at bringing patients to the door.

But we kept running into the same problem. Practices were spending thousands on marketing, generating real interest — and then losing those patients in the gap between inquiry and appointment. Calls went to voicemail after hours. Texts sat unanswered. Website chats bounced. Leads from three different channels piled up in three different inboxes, and no one had a clear picture of what to follow up on first.

The marketing was working. The front desk was doing their best. The system was broken. We were pouring leads into a bucket with holes in it. Our job was to generate the leads. But nobody's job was to catch the ones slipping through.

So we built HHub — a single platform that captures every patient inquiry across every channel, uses AI to prioritize and follow up automatically, and gives practice teams one clear place to manage it all. From first contact to booked appointment, nothing falls through.

We didn't start a software company because it was a hot market. We started it because we'd watched hundreds of practices get hurt by the same problem for a decade, and we had the domain knowledge to finally fix it.

HHub is built and operated by the same team that’s been serving orthodontic and dental practices as a marketing partner since 2012. That matters because most of the software being sold to practices today is built by engineers who’ve never spent a day inside a dental office.

We have. For over a decade, we’ve sat with office managers debugging their call routing. We’ve watched front desk staff fumble through five different software tools to schedule a single patient. We’ve seen what actually breaks, because we’ve been there when it broke.

HHub is what happens when 14 years of watching practices struggle with their tools turns into software for them.

In the marketing-agency world, we’re known as Houmanity. Some of our HHub customers first came to us for Google Ads, SEO, or branding work — we still do that too, as a separate service. HHub is the software product we built out of that experience.

2012

Started serving orthodontic practices as a marketing agency. First client still with us today.

2018

Passed 100 practices served. Noticed the lead-loss problem was universal.

2022

Began building internal tools for our agency clients — the precursor to HHub.

2024

Launched HHub as a standalone software platform.
